inventor 2020 problem

hello to all I wanted to try inventor 2020 but when I open the client's step files I see everything in transparency while with 2019 I see them correctly as solids. Surely there is a bad settling? corrections?

ps: I just started using it by sw.

Are you sure the same step file opens it to you differently?
It usually happens when the source file is not solid but surfaces.
In these cases output is "composite" not "solid".
What you can do is:
1. use shield to have solid (not always working)
2.if you are interested only the translucent unselect view
