Good morning I repeat my question in this section.
if I find myself a drawing already made and complete and, having to make another identical, but with different measures I can possibly recycle it by changing the measures through some setting? For example, I already have a drawing of a toothed wheel with a certain radius, having to make another one with a different radius, can I change the radius through some setting without doing it all over again?
The ray is a random example, I hope you understand me. . .

you could go up to the top screen and click on fx (It should be called parameters).
a screen will appear where you will have a set of parameters, such as width, thickness, etc...
try to see if there are already parameters used.

then, I press that I use inventor for about a year and, frankly, I don't know much about importing/exporting the inventor file into another format (type .dwg, .step, etc.).
I can only tell you that you can export from inventor to autocad or in step or parasolid format.
you can import on inventor dwg files and/or step.
Unfortunately, I can't give you a right answer.
I can tell you that there are special programs, such as geartrax, that make your model of the toothed wheel from scratch.
or on inventor there is a command ,type a library, which automatically generates your toothed wheel (you can insert the step, tilting the teeth, number of teeth if well remember).
Other tips can not give you, except to see that table with all the parameters used for extrusions, tooth widths and to change them to your liking.

if you use inventor the first thing to look at is if on the left in the browser there is the aber with the jobs listed. you can change any parameter by selecting the processing or sketching and editing.
If you do not have work, it is a file that comes from step, and my advice is to do it again.. . .

However to make a copy of part and related design, if you have no vault or other applications, you can use design assistant (external program to inventor but included in the package

If you need to copy only one file with a drawing, open in design assistant directly the design so you can see the connected part immediately below, if you open the part, the design should be searched (in the window below) through search and if your database is wide it puts a life

I simply save by name of ipt and call it differently, I do the same with l. idw. and then in idw I go on management it seems to me and I replace model and connect it to the new ipt I had saved just before.
also applies to small assemblies where obviously few parts change.
if you have to duplicate complete assemblies I also suggest design assistant. vault I've never seen it, but I'd love to know so much what you can do. what added value gives. so as to understand whether to push into the company to put it or you can work without it. .

For a single part you can also do it, even if with design assistant you put half the time, but for assembling also very small, type 4/5 parts, there is no comparison, in my opinion to do it "hand " is madness, personal opinion, then one does what he wants but since in work time is fundamental it is always better to choose the fastest way to equal result.
