inventor pro 2019 not responding

Trite inventor, puts us a life, sometimes saves and sometimes nails.
Activity management tells me that the inventor task has almost steady memory values, do not rise and do not descend for minutes, many.
If all right, at some point, the occupation of memory drops and I can proceed, if it goes wrong I have to throw down the task.
years ago it was said that inventor couldn't get rid of the memory he was using, could there be similar problems?
Is there any magic that could help me?
I have 32gb of ram, an old but honest xeon, a sk. video nvidia 1070 to water, inventor with the latest update of a month ago.
My totals are often thousands of pieces but, in this case (which is ripping out), we are not talking about 1000 instances.
Now, for example, I saved everything, I only have the program opened, without any file, and the ram is still at 2500mb.
I press the advance system care button to clean the ram and this goes to 90/100mb.
Now I'm gonna go and read around if there's something that can explain this, but I'm leaving my paturnia here.

It happened a long time ago the same thing to my colleague.. .
I remember that the problem was the window of some command (I do not remember if of inventor or vault) that remained open (but not visible) causes the task between the 2 monitors.

the autodesk consultant managed to view and close the window by acting with the -barra space- key of the keyboard and close the whole.
