I had the opportunity to see some work done with inventor publisher and found them interesting.

I can't understand if the same is included in the product design suite or whether it is to be purchased separately.

Does anyone have more info?

you buy separately.
together with the final 2016 there are: fusion, showcase, alias, naviswork manage, 3ds max and recap, in addition to the 2d autocad mech. and electrical.
