inventor sidebar 2014 gone

Bye to all,
I accidentally closed the sidebar where I came out all the changes I made on my model and I'm not able to make it reappear... I tried to find a solution but all the answers I found were related to other versions of inventor and not in inventor 2014. .
Can anyone help me?? It's urgent! !
