inventor simulation: same simulations, different results

Good evening,

I write here my problem; use recently inventor simulation 2011 and I am facing a problem:
by copying a fem simulation a model made by my colleague using the same pc and the same software I find myself two completely different results (max von mises stress 5 times greater);

simulations are identical:
-winners
-cari
-material
- Mesh.

How can this happen? ? ?
