inventor slowdowns at every shift of a set

I've had a problem with inventor for a couple of weeks. .
practically when I'm in the environment together and move the axieme or just step above the mouse freezes me, starts working (what I don't know) and then unlocks.

It became impossible to work.

Can someone tell me what it can be?
