ipart question

Good morning to all
I have a problem that I would like to ask you:

on a part composed of various milling and drilling processes I would have the need to be able to create a configuration that excludes me these last (the holes) to be able then to use on the relative table. definitely creating an ipart and suppressing the holes I would solve everything but I never did it before.
So I created the ipart and on the table I saw that there is the section "sopression" but below I see a single line on which clicking on it proposes to me "insert line" and so I did.
highlighting the newly created line I activated the column "suppression" and I overwhelmed all the drilling processes I wanted to suppress, I clicked on "check", I saved and returned to the part where I saw on the browser the new table with both newly created configurations. the problem that on both configurations there are always all the processing, even those that (I thought) have suppressed during the compilation of the table.
Can someone tell me where I'm wrong?

I certainly recommend that you proceed not to "tentoni" but with a minimum base.

-create ipart by command
- Right-click "excel" and choose "insert row"/"insert row" for how many required instances of the ipart
-click on "suppression" tab and bring to the right with click the processing to calculate/soppress
- relative to the various rows and in the relative boxes determine whether in that instance the processing is to be calculated or not, writing us compute/suppress, or c/s, or, 0/1, click ok.

Okay, all right in the ipt, created the 2 configurations that work very well. the problem is in the idw when I go to insert the first view that gives me the message I attach.

-2- the error message communicates exactly what happens. you cannot place the view of that ipart version because that ipart version has not yet been computed and saved by inventor.
general and save the ipart, or if there are so many versions you can generate them all in a sub folder via single command (keyboard on the versions selected by browser)

where I'm wrong you're going to say.
configurations seem to work, in fact by clicking the aspect of the part changes regularly but when I go to generate the file (of the configurations) sends me the following message. "unsuccessful family member rescue"

shortly ago I modeled a very simple part formed by two extrusions, turned into ipart following the instructions of grapefruit and everything works perfectly.
strangely on the part I felt yesterday I can't go ahead and I keep giving the message of "unsuccessful family member rescue."
I have to say that the latter part is quite heavy, it is almost 3 mb big, it starts from an imported ex file iges and has about fifty and more various processing.
Maybe inventor and ipatrs suffer a bit.....

If processing is parametric and made with inventor can be handled with iparts. size is not a limit.
I have 50 mb iparts.

the file for business issues I cannot post it anyway on the next that I will model (and that will be similar) I will try to transform it into ipart hoping for functions regularly.
on this hid the work by removing the visibility, it is not the maximum but at least I can simplify a bit the table.
