iproperty idw distinct components

in reality the property "material" is not present within the group of property "project" (project) then the system rightly returns this error:I initially set this command line:
properties.value("custom", "material") = iproperties.value(model,"physical", "material")
but the system returned this error:In my opinion it is due to the fact that there is no "physical" group within the idw so the system does not find correspondence.
I ovviato inserting a custom with function "=<material>" recalling the native material. Then honestly, I don't know if there are other roads... .

only for completeness:
in welded assemblies the function line to recall the material becomes "=<weld material="">" referring to the material of welds and not to that of the assemblies that is not managed in "different components"</weld>
