that both in a lod is clear from the name after the extension (leo1), that is the level of detail, but from inventor 2010 it is possible to save even if you are in lod.

The one that leaves me perplexed is, in the browser, the set 1_4 upper dx, which presents a voice (~1) to felony, that means that there is a lod of that subaxieme, generated at a higher level without having saved the lod at that level (to understand you must have suppressed a part or a set within that subaxes). In this case you will have to change that subaxieme, give a name to that lod and therefore I think that at that point you should be able to leave smoothly
