issue after update to 2024

trying to open any .ipt .idw .iam file from this window and I go down the program.
updated from 2023 to 2024.


avete qualche idea ??

I couldn't find a similar problem in any forum.
formatted and installed from zero windows and inv2024.
Now it's okay.
