good morning, I wanted to know, if to date is obligatory the Itaca protocol for new constructions to non residential use (e.g. offices, gyms etc.). if you have a pdf guide to do so? (type that of the Lazio region of 2009). Thank you! Christian.

First of all, you have to check what public administrations have adopted the Itaca Protocol, and then check in their regulations the methods of application.
to what I understand (but it is better than controls ....) was adopted by the fvg region for the certification of environmental energy sustainability, and from the rural regions and brands to take advantage of the facilities of the "house plan"; puglia, lazio, and Piedmont for energy certification.
