no, 3d max exists in Italian until version 6, from 7 on then only English.
but I give you advice, learn it in English, many tutorials and material on the net are in English and if you do not want to learn English in this field.... change work :d.

There's no way I know. if it is the first approach I recommend a manual with tutorials.
