who can write a "review" like that? in my opinion, two types of figures

I don't know the companies you mentioned, but judging from their home page on the web I would say the first seems to be a company that offers "real work", the other two seem to offer only training courses. ....

Many companies in the area are subcontractors of other companies, especially in the automotive sector.

I worked for those companies between 2006 and 2015. I was thrown to the landing in duchies without even knowing the unigraphics nx software after a few months I managed to float and learn the craft and slowly build my career.
my goal was to learn and turn companies, I arrived until formula 1 but I took care of motorcycles, scooters, buses, and especially engines ...
Now I work with the game iva direct for a customer.
I don't want to spit on any of those Bolognese companies, I don't deny anything about what has been reported in the baskets... these cases have been ... in fact some place precise constraints with time deadlines in non-competition pacts (some don't ratify them, others yes) ... I don't deny having seen paradoxical situations, but very few rests on the thousands of technicians who have trained.
I, personally, have always read the contracts and accepted and respected the clauses without complaining then ...as many of my colleagues did... and I came out of each one with the "in rule" cards.
everyone is the creator of their own destiny... I made choices then... designer in grass and inexperienced...
Now with the experience I have and the contacts I've made I don't need it.

There are serious companies and others from exploitation I made the economic offer, I agreed and accepted with a certain contract. I start taking this, then in the meantime I interview elsewhere
