join two programmes

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to combine two programs written in dcl and lisp to get one that works in one window.
given my little (nothing) experience in this matter, I simply copied the code from one file to another trying to follow a certain logic, the result not from errors but does not do what I would like.
The programmes I would like to join are:
- rigazero.lsp with rigazerook.lsp
- rigazero.dcl with rigazerook.dcl
There is not a lot of teaching about it and so it is very difficult to succeed.

it is not about joining two files but renovating the dcl and adapting the lisp.
I have given an eye to the files, both have the ok button, you should clarify whether they have to stay either or unify them, so much to begin with, maybe explain for me understands what the software does.
