Good morning.
Is it possible to own the file together to recall a property of the file of the part?
i.e.
I have a set "assieme_1" happy part "part_1"
in the properties of the file of "assieme_1" I would like to import the property "description" contained in the set_1 of "part1".

I saw that if I use the string "sw-mass@parte1.sldprt" I can read the information
but if I put "sw-descrizione@parte1.sldprtBut not.

sw-xxxxxxx are native variables of the models that are always present. see them when you have a drop-down menu in the properties.

What you can do is:
-create a global variable in the part where you call the property
-create a variable in the axieme in which you call the global variable of the part
-create a property in the axieme where you call the global axieme variable

in fact, however I had contacted customer support and asked if you could use the following string $prp: 'propertyname@partname.sldprt'I was just answered:
"this is a limitation, to document this issue i opened spr# 1202755 "ability to propagate/link part/component custom file properties to assemblies using $prp:'propertyname@partname.sldprt' or a variation of that string that considers configuration and instance number".

I would come an automatic description compilation (see description_auto)
but at the moment I am firm to the only length, that already is so much stuff, for years I went of measuring key and calculator.
