Good evening to all
I write to know your opinion about the package routing/instrdamento.
often representing cablings, small pipes or any flexible pipes, it would be ideal to use this package, as we pay the premium license. However, I find it really marvellous to insert it into a project.
to understand, 90% of the time I have the need before studying all the various components, moving them inside the axieme, with different couplings, making various tests of ingombs etc. and only at that point I start pulling any cables or pipes. solidworks instead would like to make already a subaxieme upstream with all the components affected by the path, conceiving them a little extraniated from the rest, as if it was obvious to preview them all from the beginning. the subaxieme that you go to create is a very heavy monolith to move by mating its various components to the rest of the overall macroaxieme of project.
In other words, I find it developed by thinking about “ideal” use and ignoring the real flexibility needs of a user who is working on a real project.
What do you think? Are I wrong or do you find the same difficulties?
