keyboard commands not active in autocad 2013

I just encountered a problem with the first use of 2013 autocads do not work fast keyboard commands, for example if I put "l" (line) gives me "unknown command" and so for all others. Can someone give me an exhaustion?

When I close the program and reopen it, however, it does not keep the settings and restarts the activated grid, the icons I had deleted return and those I had chosen to view disappear. . .

depends all on the starting template (acadiso.dwt imagine)

try to "reinitialize" the pgp file.

Never worked. I tried to do as you recommended me with the re-init command and type the various numbers but nothing. if I type some keyboard command continues to tell me unknown command, press f1 for the guide.
