known director (leader)

hi are to ask for this strange comporetamento that I noticed in different versions of autocad mechanical 2016-2017, previously I had noticed less.
in a sheet if I create notes (leader) no problem until the closure and reopening of the same file, which I find all the notes as blocks.
any idea how to keep notes as editable notes and not as blocks?
I don't know but I'm using an old dwt based autocad mechanical 2000, I hope it's not that

because you are probably saving in normal autocad and not in autocad mechanical.
see the save settings under tools>options.

However if you are using an old dwt update your settings and save it in a newer version

attach rescue settings, dwt was opened and saved in autocad mechanical 2016

the leading note also works in previous versions. I don't think it's the rescue.
I did a test with mechanical 2013 saving in 2007 and remained editable

It seems that the problem is when you put the director connected to a block copied from another file that is not created with autocad mechanical.. Thank you.
