lag due to cursor movement

Bye to all,
on a w10 with amd w5000 I have a lag problem at the first movement I try to do with the mouse. When it's moving, it becomes fluid.

I followed This is what guide from the autodesk site but I failed to solve. I have certified drivers, decent hardware, etc... with solidworks I have no problem, but on acad 2020 yes, I think it should be even lighter.
I had a lot of graphicsconfig but nothing.
Do you have any suggestions?

I remember every now and then... if I don't remember badly (but it's been several years since the last time), I solved with the drivers of the video card or mouse, maybe trying a previous release.
if you have any mouse drivers, you can try to uninstall them completely and try using the native windows drivers: If the problem disappears, then you almost certainly found the cause.
