laser cutting matrix holes

Good morning to all,

I am sorry, but I have a desperate problem and I address you as last hope.
I have to build a laser cut grinding machine using a 25-diameter hole matrix.
every now and then, random comes out a piece with one or more closed holes not with profile completely cut and not round.
the laser cutter says it depends on the sphides of some hole that end over the sheet and generate error.
It is possible according to you, how can I do to solve... please help me.

I would say that if the problem is random is a lack of control by the cutter, little attention to both production and quality control. It can happen that you ruin a piece during production but nn should be delivered a discard to the customer.

the diagnosis of how the defect that laserist made you occurs, in part I agree.
if the step of these ø25 holes is very thick you could think of a "grilled" processing (the laserist should know it). alternatively when there are sphericals that risk not falling, the drilling of the hole (by means of a diametric cut) is used before cutting the circumference. The rash falls guaranteed.
