Hello, I would like to make a lance tennis balls for small distances (4-5 meters). it would be a belt/chain system that moves two rubberized wheels (e.g. small bicycle, in opposite rotation) through which the ball passes.
It is a simple system that I would like to let move from an adjustable electric scooter on which to mount a pulley/engineering that in turn moves the transmission chain: the ball enters a perforated tube on two sides of the tube itself (in the longitudinal sense), allowing the two wheels, in opposite rotation, which penetrate into art inside the tube, to give further speed to the ball.
you could give me some suggestions or price band to find the right scooter, even used, using the 220 home.
