layout in a0 senza plotter

Hello everyone,
after so long I have to reuse autocad. I have to create a layout to insert all the various pictures taken from the model.
Unfortunately I no longer remember how to set the layout in a0 having connected no printer and therefore not having the possibility to set one.

or I should select a plotter and set size a0. but not having any plotter connected, how can I proceed to create a layout in a0?

or a pdf printer. just install pdf995 or any other free (for non-commercial use)
