learning solicitation analysis

Good morning to all,
I should start using the stress analysis to check the seal of a component in which ducts are pressured.

from the guide you do not understand a......... Can someone tell me a text, tutorial or anything?

I'm not an engineer, the analysis is quite "basic." You think I can venture or just not what?

ah ok, I had not read everything on the page from which I took the links, that is this http://4mgroup.it/libri/isbn=978-88-6114-341-8.asp (click "download" below).
it says that you have to write formazione@4mgroup.it to have the password.

However I have decompressed with 7zip leaving the password empty, it has completed me anyway the operation and correctly decompressed all the side files and together, while those of analysis stress have errors because they require the password.
