levels or building plan

so far I have worked creating various levels or plans using the "z" to set my quotas (walls, suns etc.), you want for convenience because I had assimilated these notions a little for lack of time to take new commands.
Currently to speed up everything from when I am using architecture I have realized that it would be the case to use the potential of the program in this regard, unfortunately colliding with the indications of the guide itself and obtaining little rewarding results.
To this end, I would like to see if anyone wanted to make me clear about it.

the procedure is:

1-archive projects-new project-okyou will open the project navigator and proceed:

2-navigation project-modification levels (creating as many levels as your plans)

3-project-building-keyboard-new construction (associ at a level; e.g. the ground floor)

on the model select the plant and transport in new construction

4-dx key on new construction-copy in all levels (creates files with various floors)

to view the total 3d view:
