library perdity on modeling 2008

I have modeling 2008 sold by next-tecnology envelope, with bookcases orion, when I launch the program does not charge me the libraries, I exit this error message

activation of the "orion" module failed: " Lisp error:
cannot open the file c:/programs/orion/orion_1350/orion.ini"

I tried to search the path, but the file is not there, can someone help me?
