kindly someone can tell me if and how can you create your own libraries with cocreate 17?

I could help you with 18. I don't know if there's a lot of difference. However now I try to open the 17th and see if it is similar

if you also have pm3, from the icon that is bet (see attached image) opens the menu to create libraries

then with the template archive command, the archive in the library you want (including your newly created obviously)
