apart from the considerations on the reliability of the seller, the license purchased from this is regular according to you?

nelle faq del sito si legge:
"does your software come with the certificate of authenticity (coa)?

oem version doesn’t come with the coa. but you will be able to activate your software and get updates from manufacturer (some software products cannot be updated at all, ask you support team about these exceptions)."

If the price is about fifteenth of what costs the basic license I'm not even opening the link and you don't waste time and turn to a real dealer.

certified partners, or rather official retailers in Italy are very few, so go to the solidworks website and look for the dealer. do not fall into the traps...among the many things the 2014 version is no longer sold since there is 2015.
Probably this subject, illegally enters the market for fake licenses that point to its server... and this is illegal. the license costs more than 6000€ plus maintenance contract etc....so you can not take it to 400€.

oem should not be sold alone to the end user, ds would be stupid to allow this.
sell solidworks as oem could be granted to a company of construction of machine tools, e.g., tool+sw machine package at a profitable price but clearly indivisible package, although I have never heard it anywhere

I haven't answered the producer yet. Long time of verification? difficult to trace back to the seller? problems due to the difference in price? I still wait for the answer.

I don't have time to re-read the swx license, but I see you use it and you can do it too. I think it's clearly written that the license is valid in the country where the software was sold and registered by the company that aquaisted it.
I don't think the licenses are knitted wide for the French and restrictive for us. to the solidworks perhaps will not correct all the notices that signals but the accounts know to make them sure and do not believe they are placed under the conditions to allow a user of any country to purchase a regular license to a fifteenth of the list price.
I feel like saying that you can put your mind in peace and buy yourself a full price license here in Italy.

you can buy the license only in the country of registration of the owner company. use outside the nation is not allowed. The international multisite version also enjoys floating licenses in one state. there is the exception for diametrically opposite places with different casting of 12 hours....but clearly they are 500 licenses companies.
you are in Italy, you must buy the license in Italy and pay it to list.
