Do you want to save or use an old release? in the second case normally licenses are retrocompatible (I admit I don't know in swx detail) and so you should feel a dealer telling you if you can start solid 2015.

Surely many sh will make trouble if not to prohibit to cede the license. in the forum a while ago we talked about this, referring to a European (or what else I do not remember) directive which banned the ban on licensing. I personally know you can't!
I work in this area and I see many of these situations every day...it usually intervenes antipiracy with a letter of law!
