licenses .. how can i turn them off and pick them up batch?

Hello everyone,
as from object I am looking for a system that allows me to "spegnere" the licenses at night and withdraw them on after 10-20 minutes to ensure that those who have "forgotten" the open cad does not block a license for those who have to work.
the system is the classic flex, the problem is that I can't "banally" turn off the flex and withdraw it on why it makes licking of other products.

I am therefore looking for a string that turns it off (I think I have to look for a lmdown) and rekindles it back later ( did lmgrd? )

Does anyone have any idea or solved such a situation?

evolution:
the stop command requires a s/n
to ovviare this evening text the command adding a -f that should "force" the operation... Hopefully. .
Otherwise someone knows how to pass the s to the script?
