licensing configuration for mechanism design

The week started badly... this morning in order to want to verify a project by doing a cinematic analysis with creo mechanism design, I am encapsulated in an even bigger problem. then, I press that I have creo mechanism design because included with the basic license, together clicking on applications, mechanism, tells me that the extension was not purchased.
convinced that this could be resolved by reconfigurating the license server I tried with the result that I can no longer start creating parametric. The mistake that matches me with the image attached.
I press that the first installation of ptc license servers took place with the release m020, with the advent of the new releases I only updated the software to m040 since it recognized me the previous license.
now, reconfigured the license server to m040 at the end of the installation, the message appears in fig.2. I also attach the log file.

It seems that the licensing service does not work.

you should check if the service:

flexlm server for ptc

is active on the machine that manages the licenses, in which case to start it.
usually starts automatically with a reboot.

then, the machine that manages the licenses is the same as I work with, the license is installed individually on this machine and so far worked. I have not understood the procedure to be performed to check the flexlm server for ptc service

in the dx window appear services in alphabetical order with state description and type of startup

if you have windows xp

control panel
administrative instruments
services

appears a list very similar to the previous one.

from here see if the service is active

in case it is not, select the row, right mouse button restarts.

In these cases it was necessary to open a call to ptc assistance which, after some reminder, intervened within several hours. We come to the therefore, so I tell you what happened. . .
with the update of the installation of the licensed ptc server from m020 to m040 a malicious operation was committed on the machine in which I work because I was told that that version is not perfectly compatible with w7. so first made me uninstall that and install the previous version "ptc_lic_server_flex-10-8-6", that of the wf5 to mean us. from there finally the machine could recognize the license file. then to add the extension of the mechanism design it was necessary to reconfigure the installation of creo from the ptcsetup.bat, add the check on other license configurations, select the extension of the mechanism design and add it to the license package (otherwise told me that the option had not been purchased). In cases such as this assistance was a nice tacky otherwise I would still be there to merge on the flexlm.
