Good morning, I'm modeling a high voltage beam and I have difficulty in representing parallel lines to others I represented having the starting kp. Also there is no way, similar to that used in autocad with the trim command, to cut off line parts in excess?

I know about the banality of the questions asked, but it's a bit that I'm trying to get over it.

First of all it is good to present yourself when entering a forum.
apart from this classical ansys modeling capabilities are "modeste". . .
I am not sure that this is the parallel line option. you need to create a working plane aligned with the line that dictates the direction, then move it to the starting keypoint of the new line and pull them the new line parallel to the first.
something similar to the memory trim should exist, and it is called "divid". you can split a line using a working plane, a solid, an area, another line or a keypoint.

Sorry I didn't show up. I am really new in using forums. I thank you for the quick answer, I will try to do as you said although I don't understand why we haven't implemented such a convenient and simple modeling command.
