link between file part

Good morning to all,

I would like to create links between two parts in catia v5 r20 to meet the production needs of the workshop.

the need is to have a file of the semi-finished model and another with all finishing processes.

until now, failing to have association between the parts, I manually updated the two files; I let you imagine the errors that arise with this procedure.

I know that in if there is "put copy part" and in this way the two parts are connected and the modification of the semi-finished repercussions on the finished piece.

How can you solve this problem?

Right-click over the "part" copy. go where you want to paste "special glue" right button with connection. you will have on the glued part all the changes you make on the original part (remember to update the parts) hello
