lisp error in rescue phase

hello to all my name is at matteo and I am new to the sector
in these days I am trying to districate myself between the various obstacles that I find in one space designer modeling!

One of these is this error message that comes out of me after saving my design:

error lisp
the function eit-ecspdm-save-current-view-owner is undefined

precise that the work is saved correctly but I would not want that because of this error leave me back something of the drawing that I do not know

This is a pdm error and not a cad. I'd tell you to go and see if the boot system loads everything it needs to load, I can't point you further because unfortunately distracting in these fringes is very difficult.

If you have an active assistance contract you should call the cdm, which for a couple of years has acquired eit and its software. It's better not to neglect certain mistakes because you don't know if they could create future problems.
