lisp for control areas/sqm through data fields associated with retini

good morning to all users,
in my daily activity I use the attached lisp to make the sum of the square meters reported with text within closed polylinese.
the command, after a selection of the above texts through a window, returns a text with the total.

I ask, if possible, to have a lisp that runs the same function but selecting mtesti [e solo se di color CIANO (col n. 4)]and returning the total in mtext (which would then be up-to-date with a rescue of the drawing).

to facilitate work I attach a dwg file.

Sorry, I was wrong. I'm not saying it's up to date.
I attach another lisp that generates an up-to-date mt (data field), but this program makes the sum of surfaces and not mtists. in practice would require a "mix" of the 2 lisp...
