load new design start layer

hi to all, I managed to save the layers I frequently use in a .las file (from management states layer>export), now I was wondering if it was possible to upload that file automatically to every start of a new design (instead that every time I go to management states layer>importa).

create a .dwt or edit acad.dwt/acadiso.dwt by setting everything you need, each new file starts from a standard prototype or your choice.
