local in revit

Hello everyone, I introduce myself: I am stefania and I am a novellina both in this forum and in revit... so I immediately ask you a question: I made an apartment inside a building; I would like this apartment to look like a single place; instead when they select "local" it marks me every single room. the parameter of "local" (local council) is assigned to the premises (stanze) or to more local communicating between them (i.e. not divided by walls or doors)
If you need the "soma" of the premises, you use the abachi, in the abaco species of the premises.

if you want the surface of the apartment (loud or net) you must use the "area" command that can be associated with the perimeter walls (or other walls) or manually drawn (see the various options: plant/area/line of contour area), usable for example to calculate the slp.
areas can also be added with the use of abachi
