Hello everyone!!! !

I have a problem: I duplicated a view with details (ground floor) in which I had inserted some local labels. until this duplicate view remains in the factual state phase everything is fine; if I change phase and put it for example in project the labels disappear..... are not turned off in vg (I have already checked). If I insert new ones I remain but I would like to remake all the labels. Where am I wrong? Can anyone help me?

Thank you.
in advance

the fact that they disappear is correct, as they are tied to an object, the local, set on an earlier stage, the state of fact precisely.among other things for the premises, unlike other elements, the state is not changeable from the propyrty but it is a given in only reading.
what I have not understood is if you no longer see the colors of the premises what precisely linked to the stage of creation or only the labels, behavior.in this second case tab annota> check labels to all> local label, reposition all the labels of the premises in a single blow.

No I don't even see the color of the premises.....I understand what you mean and I wonder then how many things I may have lost without noticing why the labels are so many and I noticed but other details a little less numerous I might have lost them on the street..... .

domndone:

in a single file I can keep views under the fact state stage (initial design 1:100 presented in common), duplicate them with detail, put them under the project stage and develop the executions without tribulating much to control what do not duplicate me and what do you duplicate me or better have separate files? in this last case would not be convenient if I had a further municipal practice (dia) because I should do g/r with 2 different files.. .

Thank you.

In theory I would say that the problem is only to be referred to locals. ..but it may be that something escapes me....of course it does not arise for those objects or elements that refer to them of which to the control of the phases.es the material label of a wall do not lose it...no except denial by more experienced users I think there is no risk of losing a great deal of elements. .

Hi.

absolutely not separate files:eek: at the base of revit is the management of the project in a single file....you would lose all the advantages deriving from its use.:finger:

in the online guide I found this I think is the solution to your problems... .

to copy local specifications between two stages

open the view of the plant where the added room is located.
right-click in the view, then choose view properties.
identify the phases section. in stages, select existing and click ok.
select the local to copy and, in the local edit tab, group notes, click copy.
repeat points 2 and 3, but specify new construction in phases.
in the local edit tab, group notes, click the aligned glue drop-down menu and choose current view.
the local is added to the new construction phase with the same properties specified in the existing phase.
