low speed impact with ls-dyna

Hello everyone, I should simulate a low-speed impact on a composite material (t300/976) with ls-dyna and display the areas of delamination but I can't figure out how to set it in the model (use mat_162) and how to view them once the simulation was done.
Can someone help me?
