hi, for a particular project I look for a motorducer or motor "flat" to low thickness,
indicating the height is 100mm
will have to drag a pinion ø300mm about
torque required 5kg/mt
number of turns 5g/minute
not required precision (not a positioner)

would you suggest a solution/producer that can help me?

try to see on the site of red motors the series:

"shaft mounted gear veterans"

Of course you also have to consider the engine block, so I think you'll have to transmit the bike from the engine to the chain tamite gearbox or belt.

See also this manufacturer:
http://www.minimotor.com/But I don't know if they have products that pull out the couple you need it's not very small.

Hello hunter and thank you,

red, motovary, bonfiglioli, sites, ...... I know them and produce all "classical" gearboxes with too high dimensions, moreover the encumbrance of the motor must be understood, the transmission I can accept but I think it only makes me lose space....:(

ideal would be a cable shaft reducer, although I have not yet discarded the option of adding a screw to "push" in qlc way (protruding pins or other) my chain ring.
I therefore look for motors (motor+reducer) or engines very low and maybe even wide or of reduced and long diameter (the latter would look like those of minimaltor that however have little torque... )

so far I have found flat gears almost suitable but too expensive (they have precision performance on the rotation too high that at mè do not serve), then I found toy scooters that do not have torque.. .

I accept other tips or tips:

Have you seen the harmonic drive gearboxes? I think they're the most compact in circulation. . .

Uh... Let's say that so far I had discarded the endless lives for the three-phase engine encumbrance that x the gearbox... after I try to make a verification with a cc engine but I doubt you can stay in 100/120mm height (thanks ^__^).
already discarded, I find nothing with couple and required speed... I could lower the couple a bit but not so much... unless you have seen other products other than those on the site...

That's the idea.
1) I took a quick look and I don't understand though if they are gear motors or only gearboxes.
2) Do you know if they have dealers in ue or ita?
3) never used? costs?
4) Do you have other similar names or do you know which "name" to look for them on google?

the haremonic drive, as well as the cyclo drive are just gearboxes. Of course, who sells them can attack us a motor and... here is magic.

the nasa invented them for lem's legs, then sold out the drawings to the Japanese who patented it and made us a discreet gruzzolo. patent has expired for years, so you should find them easily in Italy

they cost a little, especially because the flexispline is hard to build robust. but they have little material, so maybe they don't cost much more than a conventional gearbox

used only in packaged product. I appreciated its compactness and robustness, but I have no way to compare them to anything else.

I don't know. http://www.harmonicdrive.net/

hi, I used Harmonic drive in a "old" project, we say that they are precision reducers first and the costs go accordingly, depends on what you have to do...
type a hfuc-32-100-2uh cost on 1350€ discounted, search on their site and understand what kind of reducer is :mixed:
make also complete units of reducer + brushless motor, I don't know if you can serve

if you need references & c. do me a whistle:finger:
Hi.

p.s. if you can post qls that help you understand where you have to put it
