hello to all;
I read the posts in this section; some are very dated;
I wanted to ask, having to build a technical file of a new machine designed, if someone has available, to share, a scheme to create this technical file;
For example, in the technical file to accompany a statement, I will have to:
- define the "class" of rules of my machinery
- documents to be produced to be fully in order
- manual use and maintenance: is there a guide for sections to follow? as I have to structure it
- spare parts catalog: is there a guide for sections to follow? as I have to structure it
Is there an updated guide to tell me step by step what goes on and how it should be structured?
Thank you all!

I don't think what you're looking for can be found. every plant, industry and machinery has its own different things. You have to take the machinery directive and the standards to do risk analysis more harmonised and sectoral standards. then start producing documents. You do first to be followed by a valid consultant.

Hello mechanics!
you are right, but at the last course they had issued me a very useful guide and divided by machine classification; It was a very simple thing to build the manual draft that, by force of things, I will submit to a consultant. I've got to try and get her back and limit the place here.

Is that the labeller's?
in principle the ftc must contain:
- machine layout
- mechanical drawings
- electrical designs
- risk assessment document
- pl analysis document (if there are electronic devices that are security function)
- manual use and maintenance

these macro categories of elements. depending on the complexity of the machine can be integrated or cut off.

hi! no, the labeler is not yet a constructive project; unfortunately still in draft;
I will soon have the meeting to understand whether the order will be ours or not.
I would like to have a generic guide divided by type/category machine.
I had such a document, but I lost it and I can't recover it.
Thank you anyway, you were very kind :-)
