Hello, everyone. use by little solidworks on my macbook pro with win7+bootcamp. I did not find any performance problem or other kind except for that damn mouse that does not make me the pan and then rotate the 3d design. is there someone using magic mouse or at least know how to solve this problem?? ? ?

but are you sure that on this mouse there is the click of the "spiudo rotella" of the central key? If you do a search so google you will see that for this type of mouse you are not the only one who complains about the lack of the central key when you use it in bootcamp with windows and always know google there are those who talked about the appropriate drivers, but it seems precisely that you actually miss this feature.

Well I've just posted knowing if there was a way to activate the option, I know that others also have this problem but no one gave a precise answer. That's why I came here to know if there was anyone who used it. but virtualizing it then through magicprefs or bettertouch can I activate it?

if virtualizing under windows you see it and the central key works then yes. the problem is not of swx or other programs cad but only of the mouse or o.s. that does not recognize it. Usually some logitech mouse when installing their software to manage functions, battery control etc. on the central key/rotella and also others (click dx and sx) you can set the function you want. if you leave the central key as "generic" by default when you open the cad you feel it as a pan and then it makes you rotate the model, if you insert the set as a zoom, scrolling pages etc. then it will not work.

I do not use mac, but I had the opportunity to try this mouse but honestly I do not find it. Now I don't know if the apple's oos exploits or not the central click as we mean it under windows... Maybe that's why you can't exploit it even if you use win in bootcamp
