maintain the properties of a default file

I have recently had the need to insert some automatically compiled properties into the cartilages of my tables.
I wondered if it was possible to create properties and make them stay on new files so that the cartiglio can be done automatically without going every time to create properties (e.g. mass and sheet thickness)

I tried but when I reopen the same file or another the property window remains empty.

Once the new template starts working for the new created parts, there are different ways to change the properties for the old already existing ones. . .

a template cannot be retroactive, so the changes made will be valid only and exclusively for future files.
