manage the visibility status by attribute value

good morning to all, I used the search to my problem, but without outcome.
I would like to understand whether this subject has already been dealt with. In practice I would like to know if you can manage the visibility status of a block based on the content of one or more of its attributes.
example:
- block with two levels of visibility: a circle and a triangle
- the block has an attribute
if in the attribute type "1" makes the circle visible
if the triangle is visible in the atridescent type "2".
Is it possible to do that?
