Does anyone know if siemens has a sdk to manage prt files?

siemens offers nx bees to interact with the content of files, obvious.
you need nx plus lnx/open (on which you can develop in c/c++/c#/java/.net)

to develop nx applications you need a paid license with which you have to make the "sign" of the applications you want to distribute.
