management attributes cad blocks from table

hi to all, it is not much that I use the cad blocks because I believed them not flexible, but reading on the forum I learned many things even if I have the ideas decidedly confused.
I understood how to use the command "Data extraction" to create a table inside the dwg for viewing and verifying the attributes of the various blocks.
if I have not understood badly this table is connected dynamically you have drawing blocks in fact if I change the attributes of the blocks then with a simple "update data table" you have alignment with the changes made.

However, I have not been able to understand whether it is possible to perform the reverse procedure, i.e. to make changes on the table that go to update the attributes of the blocks.

First of all thank you for considering my question.

but in what sense are not connected?
from what seems to me to have understood there is a link through a .dxe file
and there is a block data flow -> .dxe -> table via "update data table"

the change goes in one direction; you cannot currently change the table and update the value of attributes

for the moment therefore, in the lack of better, I use a script that inserts new blocks with the attributes modified on a different layer, although I noticed that not always the actual insert coordinates coincide with the ones specified in the script.
Only problem is that I did not find the way to set, always from scripts, the parametric attributes of dynamic blocks.
