manipulation with mouse

r21 : I no longer handle mouse (wheel and button dx) instead the commands from the command bar you. wheel and keys work in other functions.
started with going to snaps for a while and then he died completely.

solved: the fault is wireless mouse......the key composition doesn't work but the keys individually work . mohh!! !
a USB cable mouse works perfectly.
