solidworks integrates quite complete and exhaustive documentation.
I suggest you start with the internal tutorials, then this forum is a mine of information and advice
I agree with stefano.
tutorials are important for two reasons:
are done well and explain the procedures step by step (it is true that the lack of the video, but this should stimulate to analyze the screen and what it proposes).
teach the logic of modeling that can be different even between cad 3d.
relying on the beginnings at youtube is dangerous because you do not have the knowledge to understand if the video is done well; following videos in which the modeling is done incorrectly or pressapochistically you are likely to absorb wrong or missing methods.
Obviously the internal tutorials create a starting base and cannot explain all the features and their peculiarities. for that there is the forum
