you are an optional module not included in the foundation.
careful manufacture and molds are not the same thing.
I do not know them because I do not use them but manufacture in pro/e is the cam module for milling, molds is a specific module for the industrialization of molds.

If I am not mistaken in the menus I found myself casting cavity mold, or something like that, always accessing from fabrication. I'm going to memory.

you need license, either the cam milling or turning module, or the mold cavity module that requires the Moldovaesign or the emx.

if you have wf4 you can use at least the cam module in a lite version.
