when you want to put on the table the particular, you get the view that interests you from one of the main ones, on that obtained turn off everything except the piece you need, from this view you get the others related to the same detail.

If it's the same for you, you can set the ball in the editor with the indication of the part number and not the ether (default). in this way the ball marks each object with its number part and not with the number of the same in the part list.

when they stake the part however the choice option between part and item is stiff (not selectable) and unfortunately set to item.

you have to enter the style editor, in the "reference numbers" section on the right you will find "visualization of properties-choice property", select number part and add it after removing the existing properties, save and close.
